Classes are held at three different locations in Teesside. 

• Monday's and Saturday's @ the Rainbow Centre, Parkway Centre, Coulby Newham, Middlesbrough, TS8 0TJ
• Tuesday's and Friday's @ ​the Fairfield Centre, Limbrick Avenue, Stockton-on-Tees, TS19 7NN
• Wednesday's @ Marton Community Centre, Cypress Road, Marton, Middlesbrough, TS7 8PZ
